Gil Monreal is a Bachelor of Fine Arts student at the University of Alaska, Anchorage.  Gil’s primary focus is Photography with a secondary emphasis in Drawing.   Gil is passionate about classical and modern art.  Personally, Gil focuses on fashion and artistic photography.

“Fashion photography can be fun, colorful and invigorating.  There are so many people involved in a Fashion shoot, there’s a make-up artist, hairstylist, clothing designer and me.  There are important people helping on the set as well.  I love the good times that can come out of it.  Artistic photography is deeper and more meaningful to me.  It reveals the more important things in our lives.  I want to communicate to the world how I feel.  Photography helps me do that…it has brought me so much focus.”
